reflection on how the expectations of genders becomes evident in our societal advertisements. Reflect on how the expectations are achieved in the ad (What do they have to do to make an ad look the way they want it), how do these techniques affect the audience and influence them to buy or boycott products. How does it affect self image, etc. This will be due tomorrow at the beginning of class.

Ok first off let me say I'm very strong out the whole gender crap. You mostly see guys in adds instead of girls. You always see girls in bathing suits and linger looking like a twig (it's not bad, it's just what they feel comfortable with). Sometimes it affects how girls might feel about themselves, they want to look like the person on the add "perfect". Guys can feel the same way, it's just I feel that guys are more covered. But when there not, I could see someone getting mad. Like why do we even need Photoshop. And with TV sometimes it feels like they only pick people skinny enough. But thankfully things have changed a lil more, gender rights are a lot better now, you can see thicker people on tv, different colored ppl on tv, more gender roles to girls. But the fact that when salary's were released all the guys in my movie got more money (even if they had a lower part) than Jenifer Lawrence. Kinda off topic, But I tried
