Which of the following statements describes one way in which the use of airpower during World War II changed warfare? A. Airpower meant less destruction and fewer deaths. B. Airpower made killing a mechanical act rather than a personal act. C. Airpower was not effective without unbreakable codes. D. Airpower did not change the way wars are fought.

OpenStudy (darrenmadx):

I would say B. Because with aircraft we needed less men on the ground. and it was just a push of a button and thousands of pounds of bombs would drop

OpenStudy (darrenmadx):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I would agree with you. Also because A, C, and D make no sense.

OpenStudy (surana):

It is the second.
