you don't need to post the graph, just say what the center is, and what the radius is
you should be able to see it from the picture

oh.. it must only work for me, sorry.
but it a circle on a graph, the center is (-3,2), the right is (-1,2), the top is (-3,4) the left is (-5, 4), and the bottom is (-3,0).

ad that last choice is supposed to be: (x - 3)^2 + (y + 2)^2 = 4
