No way!! you have to:
1) introduce the author, the article, the date, the idea
2) explain what the idea is, how the author back it up, the result
3) conclusion
you have to use your OWN words to paraphrase the article.
It is not ONE SENTENCE work.

At least!! if the article has more than 1 idea, let say 3, then you must separate the explanation into 3 different paragraphs to make them clear.

@Loser66 I know I am freaking out,my teacher gave it to me 30 minutes ago and said if I can get it done in 45 minutes and its good that is extra credit. I don't even know where to start ):

Give up. No way to finish in 45 minutes. Even you are the fastest reader, you need 30 minutes to read one article, and at least 2 hours to understand what the author said. If you were a writer, you need 3 hours to jot everything out in "GOOD" manner to get credit.
