Find the repartition table for number of accidents in a year,knowing that in one day the rate of producing an accident is is 1/125 What type of random variable should I use?

Repartition table=distribution table.

I'm not sure but I think it's POISSON.

It is possible to have two accidents in one day right? If so, then it is Poisson. If one accident is allowed per day, then it is binomial.
