How do i Even start MEDALS GALORE Write an indirect proof proving the two non-right angles of a right triangle measure less than 90

OpenStudy (anonymous):

First you must realize that the sum of any angle of any triangles is 180 degrees

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So if the two nonright angels of a right traingle are a and b so

OpenStudy (anonymous):

...mhmm i see

OpenStudy (anonymous):

a+b+90=180 a+b=90

OpenStudy (anonymous):

just somehow prove that they are not eqaul to 180

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i mean graeter than 90?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So if we assume that there is another right angle than the other angle is 0 wich is impossible So that is how its proven because if it was 0 degrees it would be a straight line

OpenStudy (anonymous):

which does nnot exist

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you

OpenStudy (anonymous):

your welcome

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im giving you medal @biloxid
