Find the exact values of the indicated trigonometric functions. Write fractions in lowest terms.

OpenStudy (thomas5267):

\[ \tan(\theta)=\frac{\text{opposite}}{\text{hypotenuse}}\\ \sin(\theta)=\frac{\text{opposite}}{\text{hypotenuse}} \]

OpenStudy (thomas5267):

Hypotenuse is the edge of a _right_ angle triangle which is opposite to the right angle. Opposite edge is the edge opposite to the angle (duh!) which the trigonometric function is calculated. The two angles in a right triangle have different opposite edge. For example, the opposite edge of angle B is AC and the opposite edge of A is CB. The opposite edge of C is AB. As C is the right angle, AB is the hypotenuse.
