could anyone help me with these two quesitons i dont understand them at all heres the chart to look at for each of these questions 1. if you are female what is the weekly median income difference between an associates degree academic and bachelor's degree?? ____ /wk 2. what is the yearly difference in median income at a masters degree level for a female versus a male ____ /yr
that is an invalid link ... it requires a logon to your account.
hmm thats weird
screen shot is better, that way we dont have to access any particular website
okay how do you screen shot on a computer?
depends on the type of computer you use.
I have a google chrome
some people opt to take a pic with a phone and upload to their computer to attach it as a file .. if its a chrome book, theres a key combination ctrl + [][][] dunno what to call the second, its usually located about the top middle of the keypad?

okay i figured it out heres pictures of it
if you are female what is the weekly median income difference between an associates degree academic and bachelor's degree?? what values do we get for these conditions?
im not sure im confused on that part di you have to add it up
you have to look at the table, find women, then find associate degree and look in the column for a value .... then look down a little further at bachelors degree, look in the column and get the value for that one.
and just for reference: the differnce between 2 and 5 is not 7, so adding them up is not a good approach
okay so associates dgree is 578 bachlors degree is 755 acidemic is 590
thats for the weekly median
so whats the difference between 755 and 578?
177???
make that 755 and 590 .. i glossed over the 'academic' woring
so it would be 165?
yes, assuming of course we are reading this thing correctly :)
okay yay hopefully haha thank you for your help :)
the other part asks for yearly stuff, so take your difference and assume 52 weeks in a year
okay so you should you multiply 52 weeks by womens master degree which is 901 and mens masters degree which is 1,201
you can 52(w) - 52(m) = 52(w-m) eithe way
okay so the imbetween cost would be 15,600 ?
is that right
for women i got 46,852 for a year men i got 62,452
52(300) = 15600 yes
thank you for your help so the end answer would be 15,600 correct?
thats our assumption yes :) im not going to verify how correct it is since im not grading it. but that is the conclusion we reach.
okay great thank you for all you help i hope we did it right :)
good luck :)
