What is your opinion on New Year's resolutions, are they worth it? (no you don't need to right a essay, just a simple and even opinionated answer)

i think they are worth it because then u have something set to do, like if someone didn't have a resolution and they wanted to do 50 push ups, while they are doing it the might say well 20 is good enough. Thats what i think

I agree, but after awhile you stop, and I decided that its' best to set goals at anytime of the year. Personally, I wanna get back in to track and soccer and eat healthier. And Ik I'm not gonna be getting scholarships from it, but I'm still gonna work as hard like I would be getting  a scholarship
