Can someone please help me?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

2x + y = 15 (x-2)^2 + (y-1)^2 = 25

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do I turn "2x + y = 15" into y = 2x + 15 then plug it into "y" in "(x-2)^2 + (y-1)^2 = 25"?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@TheSmartOne do you mind helping?

OpenStudy (alekos):

yes, you could do that, but y=15-2x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

why the "-" @alekos?

OpenStudy (alekos):

If 2x+y=15 then y=15-2x (subtract 2x from both sides)
