I took this quiz a while back, and I'm trying to see what I did wrong to retake it. I just worked this problem out and it still comes out as A. What am I doing wrong?

because it is "or" not "and"
if it was "and" you would be right, but since it is "or" that means either inequality \(p>-2\) OR \(p<5\) works and all numbers satisify one of those two

\[p>-2\] AND \[p<5\]which is the one you chose
