Well I give you an example to learn. If we have a number like 1.237 and we have to round it to the nearest hundredth, we round it up 1.24 Any number that is 5 or above before that number is going to be rounded up However, you may see something like this 1.231 The 1 before the 3 is below five, so we round it down 1.23 The rules 5 or above --> round up below 4 --> round down If you had any question let me know!
