We tutor one on one, thats the effective method. You cant very well teach 20 different people when everyones posting all their stuff at the same time ... if you want to answer questions, then they have been posted. Go spend some quality time with them.

mods are not required to post reasons for deletions ... at times it would be nice to have a reason for it, like spam, wrong section, etc ... but they havent thought to implement something like that.

Hi, @just_one_last_goodbye !

It is noteworthy that suspensions always need reasons to be issued, and all suspensions are broadcasted to all moderators at the time of issuance and in email. So, there is not much room for a invalid suspension to be issued like that!

A thread deletion does not require any reasons be provided to be performed. I see your point that a reason should have been there for you, but it is not a big issue as long as it was explained to you eventually. You were not punished for it! :)

Also, all moderators are different people and thus think differently. Not a whole lot of issues are cut-and-dry here, so it is difficult to have any strict schedule for what issues deserve what consequences. We can try to make it close, but it will never be perfect!
