sorry for taking a while to get here area of regualr hexagon = ( 3 sqrt(3) / 2 ) (side)^2 side = 4 area of triangle = (1/2)(base)*(height) base = 4 height = 12 times 6 triangles add

the way you wrote the formula for hexagon was confusing or i would have solved it. i got 41.57 for hexagon and for the triangle how did you get 6?
there are 6 triangles
ok so do you add 41.57 + 144?
