First, examine the codes:

Next, going over how to insert the link, and modify the outside text.
Command to insert link: `\href{type link here}{modified text to be explained next}`

Now, to modify the text, you'll type it as if modifying normal text, but be sure to have the proper amount of brackets. If you look close at the code I typed above, you'll notice that there are two brackets after the first letter, then brackets after each color name and letter, then two brackets before the end command. Each bracket is extremely important, as missing just one will cause the code to fail.

It's all about the detail!

Then put the link with "https:///" first.

Hmm, you can play around with some of the hex colors on a few different websites to try and get the same color... Otherwise, 'ProcessBlue' in your screenshot looks very similar to the color of the 'Equation', 'Draw', and 'Attach File' buttons below, so maybe you could find the color code of those through Inspect Element.
