Suggestion: Please make better mod tools
I have this psyco freak after me, he keeps making posts and tagging me in them and he gets banned the next day hes back. He talks about things like "sex" and a few other things. This is beyond ridiculous i say to ignore these things but not when its been going on for 4 weeks!

Not saying all of them, but you get the point .-. I have had similar issues and what i did is I did all those steps as well as messaged every admin, and there was no more of him/her, but I see where you are coming from...4 weeks of this! noooo...I think preetha needs to know.

The user that puts those vulgar comments can get federally punished if the authorities decide to track the person. It is illegal.

According to the Supreme Court, sex talk in relation to minors through electronic means is NOT protected speech or press and is able to be lawfully regulated.

So anyone here can take a post, file a complaint with the police, and it could go on to an entire nightmare for someone that thought they were just having some sexy fun in chat. The large percntage of minors in chat make it a very real thing that this could happen and if it is a direct message for a pic... then they are really asking for trouble.

I mean you said we have to Ignore,block,report right? But i see that when they get banned they can come back. Some sites cant control that because they use Ip changing tools to change there IP and come back to a site. So if there isnt a tool for that, then we should just stick with the mod tools we have now and keep on banning the people.

^ Only admins can do that, and admins are constantly busy. They also have to have a very good reason to ip ban a user.

@jagr2713 this is a study site not a nursery. Mods have left because they feel as if they are babysitting a bunch of babies. "keep banning" how bout no? Why not just improve the tools?
