HELP FAST PLEASE MEDAL AND FAN!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1. What is the relationship between biotic and abiotic factors? 2. How did each change to the land affect the fish in the pond? 3. What can happen to an animal species if it cannot adapt to changes taking place in its habitat? 4. How would the ecosystem’s carrying capacity for this species change in this case? 5. Why are biologists concerned about ecosystem disruption? 6. If you were conducting this experiment in the “real” world, what could be some possible sources of error in the experiment?

hi

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i can help you with 1-4 but the others idk

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay

OpenStudy (barreraa):

1.) Biotic system depends on abiotic system for survival and intraspecefic(between different species) means different species are dependent on each other as well as on non living things for their survival as, for example carnivores depend on herbivores for survival and both of them are dependent on abiotic things like water, air, sunlight ets. In this way all the three are interconnected. Hope you understand.

OpenStudy (barreraa):

2.) How did each change to the land affect the fish in the pond? it seemed to lower the population of fish in ponds and their are not many in oceans do to the oil spills

OpenStudy (barreraa):

3.) What can happen to an animal species if it cannot adapt to changes taking place in its habitat? they either die or go extinct

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes I agree with you you are very correct

OpenStudy (barreraa):

5.) Why are biologists concerned about ecosystem disruption? If a ecosystem is disrupted a species could die or become endangered, become extinct or even move to a new area

OpenStudy (barreraa):

6.) If you were conducting this experiment in the “real” world, what could be some possible sources of error in the experiment? plants could die or an animal could die. sorry i dont know the experiment :(

OpenStudy (barreraa):

thats all i could help with sorry dont know #4
