Well, I was thinking C for a while, but then I realized that I wasn't sure about one of the sentences. We have

But we also have "Getting it to the Daily Learner News office before the noon deadline." which, while it should be with another sentence, could technically be a complete sentence.

I would still say 6, but not 100%.
