I know 3 is false because not every snack can make you gain weight. there are healthy snacks that you can have. 4 is false because you dont need to use vitamins, but it is sometimes recommended 2 might not be right because I dont think a diet can make you loose weight in just three days. I think 1 is true.

1 could be true, but you have to eat it in portions. 2 is wrong because dieting is a temporary thing, and you gain the weight back 3 is wrong because you can loose weight and snack all day in portions 4 i think is right because you need vitamins and if you are restricting, you need those missing vitamins
