If a person was to Subscribe to OpenStudy and they got suspended for a decent amount of time, would they still be subscribing or would their subscription be cancelled?

the only thing I remember about this from the TaC would be "Openstudy.com will take swift action against anyone found misusing the community’s site. In addition to refunding any membership fee, we will ban users who cheat from the site permanently."
if suspended for cheating was the cause

if the suspension was not cheating, the money should be still going through
and the user can terminate through wepay.com if they want to stop paying

if it was simply suspended and not perm ban I'm saying that the payments would still continue to go because the system is based in wepay.com as the middle man, not directly openstudy so the user can cancel anytime they themselves want

It doesn't matter if someone has suscribed or nor. If a user is breaking the rules, they will have to bear the consequences when they get caught.
