Would live sessions be possible on openstudy? As in they can have a live button that you can use owlbucks to pay for to have a voice communication with QH, AKA qualified helpers, etc?

I mean voice is to much but how about sharing PC's and showing you how to do it. But we can always keep it how it is now :D

Jagr, it would be a live host for conversations instead of just the monthly posts that have a gather meeting, where the moderators such as preetha can use a microphone to talk instead of a post full of text. As those posts did get very long.

A voice feature for the QH's will have its pros and cons. It will be much easier for the asker to learn (hopefully) but it might not be used in areas where people are supposed to be silent like in a library. It might actually be confusing if there is a lot of background noise.

@confluxepic As i said before, The voice will be a feature you can use, and is not a necessity, there will be a button to set-up the mic or use it when you can or want.

And there of course will be a chatbox or post related option like this for the live area (Most likely chatbox as it is a live session)

I see pros and cons to the whole thing. I also know that sometimes it's hard to put your thoughts into writing. So I think the mic thing would be a great idea, and having to give up some OwlBucks to do so. I would think that more people would want to buy the OB.
Maybe since it leads to a different part, you could have an online whiteboard tool to show your work. Kind of like the drawing tool I have right now, but you don't have to click a send button. Both users-QH and asker- can see what's written on the board.

I LOVE this idea though!!
