Circulation of baby after birth How are gases exchanged? How are wastes removed? How does blood flow through the heart and lungs? What main structures are involved?

OpenStudy (jackofalltradez):

Do you have any ideas?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not really

OpenStudy (jackofalltradez):

After birth, a baby uses cycles very similar to adults. Do you know what cycles adults use for exchanging gases?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

idk :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@jherrera57 can you help me?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

After birth its the same as other people. Lungs for gas exchange, kidneys and digestive tract for waste removal. Heart pumps the blood. Blood goes from the heart to the lungs through the pulmonary artery and back to the heart through the pulmonary vein.

OpenStudy (jackofalltradez):

@jherrera57 is correct
