Just be patient. OpenStudy has a few developers and I'm sure they're working on other prominent tasks. It'll get fixed soon. Not the end of the world.

Stressing the situation will not solve it any faster. Studies show stress delays progress. Try to just relax and let things take their course. I've known Preetha 3 years. She's not the type to just forget about something and let it die. It's an issue she's aware of, but I'm sure there are technicalities involved.
