5x-4? A.2 B.3 C.4 D.6

Nnesha (nnesha):

5x-4 = what?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

huh?

Nnesha (nnesha):

there suppose to be more information is this 5x-4 equal to 0 ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well i have a picture. do you wanna see that? it might make more sense.

Nnesha (nnesha):

ofc post the pic otherwise there isn't enough info to solve that equation

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the actual question is: What is the length of AB?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i just thought it would possibly be easier if there was just a small question. super sorry.

Nnesha (nnesha):

it's oaky but it's good to provide all info anyways as you can see tick marks that's mean all 3 sides are equal |dw:1431990020394:dw| so that's mean you can set \[5x-4=3x\] now just solve for x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh ok. i didnt know about the tick marks. ok thank you

Nnesha (nnesha):

okay when you get x value you can plug in x into 5x-4 and 3x to check your answer if you get same answer that's mean x=(number u g0t is right answer )

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is it 2?

Nnesha (nnesha):

|dw:1431990183860:dw| both sides are equal ?
