Can anyone help me with some ideas of classical conditioning?
Okay, so if you ask any kid about what they feel during Christmas time, they will probably say excited, happy, etc. If you ask a kid about how he/she feels about water, you'll probably get no response. You can condition someone to get excited over water by maybe showing a picture of Santa drinking water. That is why in commercials they have a cleb holding a product like makeup, or soda. I hope i helped.
Another example would be a dog and its food. If a dog sees its food bowl filled with food, its mouth would water. If you started to ring a bell before the dog got its food you would get no reaction. Over time, the dog would realize that when you hear the bell, you get food so the dogs mouth would water. That's another example of conditioning.
