I'm not 100% sure but I also think it may be C?

Yes, C is correct. 
A is wrong because it does not only exist in bacteria. 
D is wrong because the smooth ER doesn't have any ribosomes
E is wrong because it is found in all cells with organelles
That leaves on B or C and B is wrong
