A POEM OF FIGHT AGAINST DEPRESSION AND INNER DEMONS

i'm lying in the bed
i think im dead
the entire room spins
as i recount my sins
i see visions of hell
and tremble and yell
praying for a miracle
to remove my obstacle
my heart skips a beat
the voices say im dead meat
i prepare myself
saying g'bye to my health
what torment awaits?
what'll be my fate?
i don't wanna know
as long its fast- not slow'
im drowning in guilt
the gallows I've built
the end is scarily near
my body drenched in fear'
im not feeling great'
cant even think straight
gotta be a way out
i scream and shout
lurching in the dark
like zombies in the park
feeling my nightmare
trying to wipe it all away
i fall down aghast
tormented by my past
regret chokes my tight
tears stream down as i lose sight
bound by the mental chains
soaked by the river of pains
i gather my self
knowing no ones coming to help
gotta free myself from this misery
gotta rise up and shine
gotta get feelin' fine
gotta start up living again
gotta start living again
