Superior and Inferior vena cava, right atrium, tricuspid valve, right ventricle, pulmonic valve, pulmonary arteries, lungs, pulmonary veins, left atrium, mitral valve, left ventricle, aortic valve and through the aorta (vessel that flows blood to the rest of the body) * Veins are vessels that are returning oxygen-poor blood to the heart. Arteries are blood vessels carrying oxygen-rich blood to the cells. In the case of the pulmonary veins and arteries, that distinction is reversed.
