I think its A or D A because isn't there suppose to be a comma by and like it is cause it wouldn't make sense if it didn't if you read it

The reason A is not correct is because there should be a comma separating President and find. It separates the thoughts and helps the reader follow the flow of the sentence easier. It is D because all three thoughts are separated by commas. ;)
