When your finding the median, do you put all of the numbers on order from least to greatest?

its not a requirement, its just a useful step

the median is the same regardless of the order.

3,2,5 has a median of 3 .... regardless of the order we put them in.

5,10,9,8,7,4,1
the median would be 8
but if you put it in order: 1,4,5,7,8,9,10
the median would be 7

:) sorting is useful to the eye, it has nothing to do with the math of it. good luck tho
