Will Fan&Medal Cards with the numbers 1 through 40 are placed in a box and thoroughly shuffled. What is the probability of randomly selecting a card with a number less than 10 or a multiple of 15?

This is favored/total. total is 40! favored are less than 10 (9)+ multiple of 15 less than 40 (15 and 30. that is 9+2/40, or 11/40 11/40
