How does Shakespeare use direct and indirect characterization to develop Romeo?

Well, direct characterization is generally being assigned a character trait during introduction. Like saying, "The boy was tall, loud, and funny." Indirect characterization occurs through actions, dialogue, and through the actions and dialogue of related characters.
