An astronomer see a star that is very far away but still very bright. What can she conclude about the star? The star must be very large. <------- The star must be very small. The star must be moving away from Earth. The star must be moving closer to Earth.

I picked A @radar

OpenStudy (anonymous):

why did you pick A?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@ElonaSushchik can you explain why you picked a?

OpenStudy (elonasushchik):

Because I think its A

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay so just a guess, would you like a quick explanation?

OpenStudy (elonasushchik):

sure...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay so, we know that the closer the star, the hotter. the farther, the colder. And the bright stars are smaller, but when it comes to the stars farther and brighter we know that they are larger :)

OpenStudy (elonasushchik):

so its A right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes
