The first one is an innate behavior because the bird is never taught to do this. It is just known. Kind of how we just know how to go to the bathroom lol. Nobody has to teach a baby how to breathe or poop, they just automatically are born knowing.
Second one : They are both "deuterostomes". Deuterostomes are distinguished by their embryonic development; in deuterostomes, the first opening becomes the anus, while in protostomes it becomes the mouth.
