i would say B cause in isolationism u dont go to war u only worry about ur own land, like in the early years of WWII the US didnt want to go to war with the japs and jerrys but later on after the US got attacked they went to war , so in the early years we did not care about what was happening out side of the US (isolationism) but when we were attacked we did care (militarism)
