Some smart users like to crop the image so that you can only see the question. No numbers or anything :/

No that is asking if they go to CA or not. 
Example: "Does anyone have the answers to CA's 2b algerba"
You know it is from a test becase...
1) Answers
2)CA
3) Never posts the context of the question

Or, if someone posts a question with copy and paste, I notice the ones with "5 points" or something like that usually comes from tests. Look for key words like "Hurry", they indicate that it is timed.

I say "I just did those questions. Which lesson was it?" If they say something like Unit 5 Test then you know it's a test. :)

Or just ask them.

Me as well, @Here_to_Help15 . I do my best to report test questions when I see them. I'll help explian plenty of concepts, but I'm not assisting people cheat.
