PLEASE HELP I WILL MEDAL AND FAN!!! A pipe fills a water tank at the rate of 200 gallons per minute. What size water tank can the pipe fill in 10 minutes? A. 400 gallon B. 600 gallon C. 800 gallon D. 2000 gallon The chart is in the comments below | | | | | | V V

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Number of Gallons | 200 | | | | | -------------------------------------- Time (min) | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 |

OpenStudy (welshfella):

multiply the time by 200 so , for example for time 2 minutes the number of gallons will be 2*200 = 400

OpenStudy (welshfella):

in 10 minutes it will fill a tank of size 10*200 gallons

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So for 10 minutes it would be 10*200 which equals 2000? So...2000 is my answer?

OpenStudy (welshfella):

yes D
