1. Can a verticle vector matrix be written horizontally, and have it be of the same value?

2. When multiplying matrices, is it only necessary that the rows of the two matrices be equal in size?

@Kainui sorry to tag you, but do you have experience with matrixes?  I'm learning matrix stuff as a preliminary for neural networking & machine learning.

I think there has to be the same number of columns in the first matrix, as there are rows in the 2nd matrix.. correct me if I'm wrong.
