How did US leaders think people would respond to a military draft during World War I?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(a)They thought people would strongly oppose it. (b)They thought people would welcome the chance to go to war. (c)They thought people would leave the country because of it. (d)They thought people would volunteer instead of being drafted

Do you have any ideas?
