THANKS!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe in the business section? I'm not sure.
what's your question? Someone may know here. It depends I guess
So Shareholder Equity = Total Assets - Total Liabilities SE = TA - TL SE = 330000 - 150000 SE = 180000
I think we divide the net profit (NP) by the shareholder equity (SE) ROE = NP/SE ROE = 208000/180000 ROE = 1.15555 hmm seems kind of odd how it's larger than 1
perhaps we average the SE values
does it mention ROE anywhere in your lesson? or notes?
or book maybe?
which book are you using?
I'm a college student. I'm guessing this is a high school class? or no?
If you can provide those pages, then maybe I can help find the formula
so strange how there are multiple ways to calculate ROE, but I would go with what you posted just now (since that's the answer they are looking for)
41.6% which rounds to 42%
Thank you
you did much of the work lol but you're welcome
You reminded me to look back further in the lesson otherwise I wouldn't of figured it out
