I have a question that asks "select the equation of the line that passes through the point (3,-1) and is perpendicular to the line on the graph. The options are A. Y=-1 B. Y=3 C. X=-1 D. X=3 I'm just really confused, but I need an answer asap please

it means the relationship between two lines which meet at a right angle (90 degrees).
