OpenStudy (desiraem):

Based on the graph below, what are the solutions to the equation f(x) = g(x)?

OpenStudy (desiraem):

OpenStudy (desiraem):

A) x = -3, 0.8, 4 B) x = -1.9, 0.8, 4.1 C) x = -2, 2, 3 D) x = -2.5, 0.8, 3

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

The solutions would be where the 2 graphs intersect So we just have to look and see where the lines cross

OpenStudy (desiraem):

i seen -2. and like 4? but there's no answer choice for those together?

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

I dont see QUITE 2! Looks like -1.9 to me :)

OpenStudy (desiraem):

really? i'm blind lol :') but okay, is there a 4 though? or am i seeing wrong again lol

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

Lol I just had to zoom in but yeah it is -1.9 And if I zoom in again it looks like a LITTLE after 4...so 4.1 Hmm, looks like answer choice B is looking right :D But is there a 0.8?

OpenStudy (desiraem):

yes!!!! OMG THANK YOU LOVEEE! :)

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):
