Add all of the months profit/ income.

OpenStudy (kitten_is_back):

i get 1818

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Mhm, you're not taking the negatives in account

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[-345+(-273)+315+(-288)+357+420\]

OpenStudy (kitten_is_back):

ohhhh can you explan please

OpenStudy (kitten_is_back):

@jabez177

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Notice how it says -$345, that means they lost money that month, so it's negative, so we have to take that away from the net profit.

OpenStudy (kitten_is_back):

mokay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So if you have a calculator or you can just do it on paper, every time you see a negative, you have to take it away from the net profit/ loss.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Try it again, what do you get?

OpenStudy (kitten_is_back):

,h, play

OpenStudy (anonymous):

mhm?

OpenStudy (kitten_is_back):

sorry i mean okay

OpenStudy (kitten_is_back):

wait i stil dont get it

OpenStudy (kitten_is_back):

@paki

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That's ok can you show me what you tried, all you have to do is add the numbers so what's -345+ (-273) which is the same as -345-273
