Art of learning

We all gain knowledge,
We all know its meaning,
But rarely people apply it.

We see people soaring high,
Touching the skies and the stars,
Drawing a rainbow in the sky,
With the beauty of understanding.

Using both in the right way,
Will lead us to the ladder of success,
Last but not the least, politeness is a must,
Then we will succeed in the art of learning.

third line first part:
We all gain knowledge,

But rarely people apply it.

try switching it to:
"We all gain knowledge,
we all know its meaning,
but we rarely apply it"

The reason I would switch it to that is because the first two lines you're talking about people, yourself included so, "we"
and then you suddenly switched to saying that everyone else doesn't use it, but you personally do. Which doesn't make sense because you switched halfway through. Does that make sense?

I assume by "both" you mean knowledge and understanding

So, let's try
"Using knowledge and understanding in the right way,
will lead us to the ladder of success.
Last but not least, we must not forget politeness,
only then will we succeed in the art of learning"
