1 tuna fish sandwich
1 Popsicle (3 oz)

I got 403.38ml
1/2 pt == 8oz, 1/3==33% so 8oz*.33==2.64oz and one 3oz popsicle.
my sum came to 13.64oz == 403.38ml

I used wolfram to calculate the conversion because i don't remember what it is to convert oz to ml. Check out wolframalpha, make sure your conversions are correct.
