It's Europe. They explored and discovered it. But it's still widely debated which country specifically discovered North America.

The very first settlers of the New World crossed the Bering Strait from extreme northeast Russia. Most likely they were of the descent of European, African, and/or Asian descent. But that is still up to much speculation.
