Tears at night
A stained pillow
A Sleepless fight

Words on a page
Clock ticking by
Click of the keys
I don't know why

Turn my thoughts
Forget the past
This hope is gone
This night's the last

No more tears
No more pain
Forget the hurt
Ignore the rain

Pushing through
Moving on
Reaching back
That time is gone

Look ahead
The future's bright
Make the choice
Get through the night
