Should I edit it some more or no? Also should it go "I am doing this by saving.." or "By doing this I am saving.."

I think it should go: I agree with Ms.Addison,community colleges in America are an amazing institute.They help students of every class,low,middle,or high,be able to go to school,no matter the situation. And after the SPC I would add a comma.I would put a period after college.and then make Not be capitol.other than that you did great!

Okay.. But I'm going to keep my beginning sentence.. I don't want to be the person that starts with I agree. That's a kids response.. And I don't understand what you mean with the last bit about the spc sentence. Thank you for your help.
