Find all solutions on the interval [0,2pi) Sin(2x)=-sqrt3/2 I got 2pi/3 and 5pi/6, can someone check this for me? Will FAN and MEDAL

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You missed 2 solutions

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The x is multiplied by 2, so if the interval for x is 0 ≤ x < 2π, then the interval for 2x is 0 ≤ 2x < 4π

So what I have to add two more angles

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes. you already have 2x = 4π/3 and 5π/3. Add 2π to those to get the other values for 2x. Then x = 5π/3 and 11π/6

ow do I add 2pi to an angle like how do I know what number to go to ? @peachpi
