B is correct. One of the rules to using quotation marks is that if you are going to continue in the same sentence, use commas, don't put a period. So the correct way to write it would be... "Why, it's quite easy," Janice sai,. "If you want, why don't we meet at the library to study? I could use some more practice, and we could work together." "Thanks, Janice," Megan said enthusiastically, "You're a really good friend! What time should I get there?" Notice the commas instead of the periods. I hope you understand and have a nice day.
